Mituva - Baltimore

Mituva - The Baltimore folk dance group Mituva brings together dancers from various professions and situations toward one goal: to preserve the old Lithuanian folk traditions and inspire the young generations to love and respect our forefather‘s cultural heritage – all through dance.

Mituva dancers were organized in 2013. Each year there are new eager members. Our group remained intent on dancing while also celebrating birthdays and traveling to performances. The dancers are active participants in variuos local events, nationals and international festivals. Some Mituva dancers travel 1 to 2 hours for rehearsals. The ensemble has toured all of North America and also Lithuania and Argentina.

We are looking forward to our performance at Lithuanian Days in Los Angeles.
