Become a Vendor
We invite all vendors, non-profit organizations, creators, artisans, art lovers, and gourmet masters to join the 39th Annual Lithuanian Days, taking place on October 11–12!
The Lithuanian Days Festival attracts over 2,000 visitors and participants each year. Don’t miss this opportunity to showcase your work, art pieces, unique souvenirs, amber jewelry, or traditional Lithuanian treats. It's also a great chance to strengthen existing relationships and build new ones with festival guests.
INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS:
1. Registration

All vendors must complete the registration form.

Submission time matters – booth locations are assigned based on when the registration form is received. Those who register earlier have priority when selecting their booth location.
2. Agreement
-
All registered vendors will receive a vendor agreement along with an invoice.

The signed agreement must be returned electronically to the Lithuanian Days vendor coordinators (email: ltfairvendors@gmail.com).
3. Booth Reservation

Booth reservations will be held for 30 calendar days from the date the signed agreement is received.

If payment is not received within this timeframe, the reservation will be canceled*.
*Cancelation does not mean you lose the opportunity to participate, but you will be moved to the end of the priority list. The later the payment, the lower the chance of securing your preferred booth.
4. Payment
We offer two payment methods:

5. Booth Assignments

Booth locations will be assigned based on registration time and payment confirmation.

A layout plan will be emailed to all participants as soon as it is finalized.
The booth layout plan will be sent once it is finalized.

* There is limited availability of double booths. Booth reservations are prioritized by registration form submission time – those who submit earlier will have a higher chance of securing a double booth.
IMPORTANT!

Registration, contract signing, and payment for new food vendors will be accepted no later than September 1.

Registration, contract signing, and payment for new non-food vendors will be accepted no later than September 10.
