Česlovas Gabalis is a Lithuanian pop and rock music singer, leader of the rock group “Pelenai” which has produced ten albums. He gained fame for his role of Romeo in “Love and Death in Verona”, and sang in Leonard Bernstein’s “Mass”. He played leading parts in such prestigious musical productions as “Peer Gynt”, “Jesus Christ Superstar”, “Notre Dame de Paris”, “Man of La Mancha”; created roles in the musical “Mindaugas” and in the production of Jurga Ivanauskaitė’s play “A Bomb, or Ariel”. In 2009, in collaboration with others, Gabalis formed the rock group “Minor Modesty” and in 2013 released the album “Deadline For a Frozen Snail”. He performed in numerous charitable events and TV music shows. He is a winner of “Muzikine kaukė“ (2012). Since 2012, Gabalis has been singing in the “Rock Ballads” concerts together with the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra. Since 2015 he is the leading vocalist of “Pink Floyd Tribute Project LT”.
