Erikas Petraitis - was born and raised in Los Angeles. He attended St. Casimirs Lithuanian Saturday School, as well as John Marshall High School--right across the street from the parish. He danced with “Spindulys”, the L.A. folk dance group, and was active in Lithuanian Scouts and other community organizations.
In high school, Erikas fell in love with music, taking up the guitar, singing, and songwriting. He now performs his songs all over California and beyond. You might hear him backed by various bands, or solo--with just his acoustic guitar and harmonica. Erikas is influenced by American Folk, R&B, Country, and Blues, and has released two albums of original material. He also cherishes his Lithuanian heritage, and sings with the L.A. based Lithuanian octet, “Tolimi Aidai”. All of these influences become clear when he steps on stage. Enjoy!
